I’m sure you’ve probably seen those videos where folks literally run up the sides of buildings, vault across fences and perform various other acrobatic feats that seem to defy the laws of physics.
Well, those aren’t trick videos. People really do those kinds of things, and occasionally they capture the action on video.
Activities of that sort are referred to as Parkour, and they can get fairly intense.
