Have you ever met someone for the first time and immediately formed an opinion about that person that turned out to be completely wrong?

That happened to me back in the day and it was a very humbling experience.

Every now and then a song will come on the radio that reminds me of my youth, and that happened yet again today.

One of the first songs I remember hearing when I was a small child is “Rhythm of the Rain” by a group called The Cascades.

This song was on the radio virtually non-stop back in the day and I quickly learned to love it, even though my young mind had no clue what the song was about. [Read more…]
