It’s no secret that TV commercials have gotten downright silly in recent years, but there was a time when they were actually entertaining.
I’ve seen some pretty good ones over the years, some of which remain lodged in my memory decades later.
Case in point: Taco Bell’s super-successful string of commercials featuring Dinky and Gidget, the two cute little critters that played the role of the Taco Bell Chihuahua.
