If you’re like most shoppers you probably love saving a few bucks whenever you can, and there’s no easier way to save than to use a coupon!

In fact, some people I know routinely come home with a car load of groceries and other items they literally purchased for pennies on the dollar thanks to the awesome power of “couponing”.

Unfortunately, there are times and situations in which using a coupon can actually cost you money instead of help you save it.

Compared to many of our animal friends, we humans are a pretty slow bunch.

In fact, the world’s fastest human to date was clocked at well less than 30 miles per hour (MPH).

That’s less than half as fast as the fastest land animals and several times slower than the fastest birds.

But guess what? Every human being (and everything else on planet earth) is constantly moving at astounding speeds – even those who are standing still, sitting in an easy chair or lying in bed!

Most people know Jana Jae as “the girl with the magic blue fiddle” on “Hee Haw”, one of the longest running syndicated programs in television history.

As one of the most popular members of Buck Owens’ iconic band “The Buckaroos”, Jana grew quite a large fan following via her weekly Hee Haw musical performances and comedy skits.

Levi Strauss built his fortune during the California Gold Rush – but not by mining gold

As you probably know, the California Gold Rush created tremendous wealth and made lots of people rich, but not all of them got rich the way you might suspect.

One of the most famous men to earn a literal fortune during the Gold Rush was Levi Strauss, whose name is no doubt quite familiar to you.

And like so many of his “Gold Rush” contemporaries, Mr. Strauss didn’t earn his incredible fortune by mining or panning for gold.
