Do you remember how long it took your birthdays to come around each year when you were a child? If your childhood was like mine it probably seemed like the next birthday would never arrive.

But something likely changed as you got older. Instead of your birthdays taking their sweet time in making their arrival, they began coming in bunches. For me, it seems like I now have about three birthdays per year!  [Read more…]

Like most folks you probably have wonderful memories of your childhood, a time when worries were few and pleasures were many.

Have you ever walked through a local cemetery and looked at the headstones of the folks who passed on a century or more ago?

If so, you probably saw at least a few that bore your own last name, especially if the cemetery was located in the community where you and your ancestors were from.

I must say that I agree with Mr. Schwab on this point.

Technology has greatly improved the lives of us humans over the years. There is no doubt whatsoever about that.
