If you own property with trees on it you probably hate seeing one of them get so badly damaged that it has to be taken down.

I’ve been in the unfortunate situation of having to remove several trees that were severely damaged by storms, including this one that’ll have to come down real soon.

Of course when you cut a tree down you’re always left with an unsightly stump. You could always pay a pro big bucks to remove that stump for you or even rent a stump grinder and remove it yourself, but there’s much cheaper way to get rid of it.

All you have to do is get some Epsom salt down inside the stump and it will basically remove itself. The process won’t be immediate, but it shouldn’t take all that long. Hey, it’s virtually free and it never hurts to save a couple of hundred bucks, right?

If you’re handy with a chain saw (and you probably are if you cut down your damaged tree yourself) you can simply finish the job using the method shown in this short video:

Pretty simple, right? You can pick up a bag of Epsom salt most anywhere locally. You can also get it from Amazon. (#ad)
