And yes, “Spotted Lake” really is its actual name.
As you can see in the photo, this incredibly intriguing lake is aptly named because it’s surface really is spotted.

Ancient forests, magnificent waterfalls, pristine coastlines, the majestic Rocky Mountains…you’ll find all that and more in this vast land.

Our wonderful Canadian friends up north are blessed to live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
And Canada isn’t just beautiful, it’s also huge. In fact, of all the countries on planet Earth, only Russia is larger.
However, in spite of its massive size and awesome beauty, Canada has a relatively small population compared to many other countries.
The relationship between geography and distance can often be a little confusing at first glance.
Actual distances between two locations on the ground are often far different on a map than they appear to be in one’s head.
The U.S. state of Tennessee is a perfect example…
