Today’s kids won’t have a clue what I’m talking about but when I was in elementary school the handouts the teachers gave us had a smell like no other. And the print wasn’t black – it was purple.

If you live in an area that’s populated with a few trees you probably see squirrels scampering around on a daily basis. These adorable little creatures are fascinating to watch as they go about their daily lives.

I’m particularly fond of them because there are several of them living in the trees in both my front and back yards and it’s quite common to see one or more of them when I look out one of my windows.  [Read more…]
