Do you often find yourself needing to make a quick stop at the market to pick up a few grocery items when you’re in a hurry to get to someplace else?

If so, you probably always try to snag the empty parking space that closest to the entrance.

And that’s certainly understandable since the closer you park, the quicker you can get inside and start shopping for the items you need.

But truth be told, you’ll almost always get back on the road quicker if you skip the closest parking space and park near the closest shopping cart return corral instead. Here’s why…

Time-lapse Video: New Zealand and the Milky Way in 8K

If you’ve been reading my blogs and newsletters for a while you know that I’m a huge fan of time-lapse videos.

Unlike regular videos, time-lapse videos are created by combining many still photographs that captured the same scene over a period of time.

This process is very similar to the way cartoon artists used to draw thousands of pictures and combine them into a sort of flip-book arrangement to create an animated video.  [Read more…]

I’m sure you’re aware that the Internet is constantly gaining new information and making it all available to the masses. But did you know it’s also collecting, storing and sharing information about you?

You’re probably familiar with the “people finder” websites like Whitepages.com where you can type in someone’s name and get their address (and sometimes their phone number). But it really goes much further than that.
