Why? Because few things in nature are better at combining incredible beauty with feelings of intense danger and fear.

Question from Janine:  I heard on the news the other day that a plane got struck by lightning, but they said it didn’t crash and no one on the plane got hurt.

I was shocked when the news guy said this actually happens a lot.

Well, there’s a good reason for that warning…

If an appliance or a lightning bolt were to come into contact with water you could be easily be electrocuted if you happen to be in contact with the water when the electrical current strikes it.
