Like many teenagers back in the day, I enjoyed listening to Rock music.
And during that period of the 1970’s American Rock was anchored by the group Kansas, a close-knit group of singers and musicians whose vocals and instrumental work blended together on a level that seemed to approach perfection.

That’s some pretty high praise right there, especially coming from someone who is a Country Music giant herself.
You could easily convince me that Dolly’s exaggerating a bit with the “The rest of us are only pretending” part, but…
Living (and loving) Life
If you’re a fan of Bluegrass Music you’re surely aware that most Bluegrass musicians play multiple instruments, and they play them all extremely well.
I’m always amazed at the mastery these talented men and women display while playing whatever stringed instrument they happen to have in their hands at the time.
But what amazes me most of all is the way some youngsters take to music like a fish takes to water.
Today’s inspiring video features a prime example: The Cotton Pickin Kids performing their own rendition of the Bluegrass classic “Foggy Mountain Breakdown” .
